Mother Nature is like a second mother to me. You see, when I was 3, my real parents died saving the world from an evil genius. Surely you remember my parents, known as the super heroes Mightymom and Dinodad. They defended the world for years from the evils of... well evil! Well when they died, the League of Nature met to decide my fate. I was a toddler who was sure to develop powers maybe even greater than my parents! Well Santa Claus, Father Time, Mother Nature, Jack Frost, Easter Bunny, Jack Skellington, and others of this league unanimously decided I should be given to mother nature to raise for she herself had no children.
Well Mother Nature did a great job for I was no easy kid. By the age of 4 I developed my first power: electricity. Oh but what better a teacher could I have than the controller of nature herself. Later I developed some basic psychic powers, from my mothers side, then invisibility. Mother Nature was patient with me as I learned how to control my powers and my struggles with living in my parents shadow. It's like being Robin under Batman! it's tough! There was this one time when I was 10, when I first learned how to turn invisible, when Mother Nature took me to the League headquarters. They had this special exhibit showcasing trophies of recent missions the League had accomplished. I started to go crazy with excitement. I wanted so badly to earn my own trophies and show them to the world. I snuck away and ran down the street looking for anyone to fight, anyone to challenge me, the kid of Mightymom and Dinodad. Well I ended up trying to stop a bank robbery... and nearly got killed. Jack Frost saw me sneak off (he can see heat signature so invisibility is useless on him) and followed me. He ended up stopping the robbery and saving me from a bullet. Well I made it through my childhood, with very few near death encounters, and made it to teenhood where I joined the Teen Titans (A real world version of the DC team). However, that is a story for another day. I just wanted to give a brief introduction of how I grew up and the think the great superhero who raised me, Mother Nature.
two side notes from Shane, not the hero.
1) Mother Nature and Father time are superheroes. Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and Jack Skellington are actually those people (Just watch the Nightmare before Christmas and the Santa Clause) Mather Nature has the power to control the elements much in the same way as storm and Father Time has the ability to manipulate time like Hiro Nakamora from Heroes.
2)This is the beggining of my fake adventures. It came up talking to Alisha today about how dry it was where she lives so I told her I'd talk to Mother Nature about it and she wanted to know how I knew her.
I am learning so much about you Shane! I thought I was your mother?
